2. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charge of returning and reshipping.
3. All our products have one year warranty, we will replace or repair for you freely if there is no man-made problem with the product.
4. All returning items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. Men-made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.

Answer: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order quantity over 100pcs. The OEM cost will be including in the unit price.
Question: What is the leda time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
Answer: 2-4 days for sample orders, 5-10 days for mass production orders(based on different quantities, OEM, etc.)
Question: How will you deliver my goods to me?
